1. What Signature Plate Studio is

Signature Plate Studio is operated by NeuralNet AI of Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). Signature Plate Studio is a platform for creating, sharing and ranking AI-generated culinary inspiration — dish concepts, pairings and meal plans. Content is entertainment and inspiration, not professional nutritional, medical, dietetic or food-safety advice.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Minimum age: 19. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 19 years old.

3. Content rules

Do not abuse generation limits, scrape the service, harass others, or use Signature Plate Studio to produce unlawful content. Hard-blocked categories include weapons, drugs, harm/violence, sexual content, and any content involving minors. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict, refuse or remove any content, feature or account at any time — including when the AI is unable or unwilling to create something. AI moderation and generation can make mistakes; no outcome is guaranteed.

4. Your creations

You own all dishes, images, and concepts you generate in Signature Plate Studio. You may use your creations commercially in menus, cookbooks, branding, or anywhere else. Signature Plate Studio does not claim ownership or commercial rights over user-generated content. This ownership does not create patents, trademarks, copyright registrations, or exclusive legal rights, and does not prevent similar ideas from existing elsewhere.

5. License to Signature Plate Studio

By posting or generating content on the platform, you grant Signature Plate Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it inside the app. If you choose to make your creations public or share them within community features, you also grant us permission to showcase them in Signature Plate Studio marketing or examples. Signature Plate Studio does not claim ownership or commercial rights over user-generated content.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Generation credits and paid tiers are a license to use platform features, not currency; they have no cash value and expire as described on the Pricing page. Subscription prices and limits may change with notice.

All paid purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing period — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. There are no partial-period refunds or prorated credits. Payments are processed by our payment provider when enabled.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Content on Signature Plate Studio is generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, unsafe if followed blindly, or unsuitable for allergens and dietary needs. Do not rely on it for medical, nutritional or food-safety decisions. Always verify ingredients, temperatures and storage practices. See our Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

Signature Plate Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Plate Studio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
